AR Finds, the May edit

A small, considered shortlist of what we are reaching for.

A small still-life of considered wellness objects.

AR Finds is our quiet recommendations column, a small, considered shortlist of objects we have used long enough to vouch for. No affiliate-driven loudness. Just things that have earned a place in the studio or on the bedside table.

01 · A wooden scalp brush

A simple, beechwood scalp brush with soft natural bristles. Two minutes a night, with or without oil. It is the lowest-effort, highest-return scalp object we know.

02 · A linen sleep mask

Heavyweight linen, washed soft. It blocks light without pressing on the eyes, a small thing that visibly changes how the nervous system enters sleep.

A worn stone, weight in the hand, the kind of small object that grounds.

03 · A loose chamomile and rose tea

Loose, not bagged. Steeped slow. We keep a tin in the studio, guests close their Head Spa with a small cup.

04 · A weighted ceramic body brush

For dry brushing toward the heart, in the direction of the lymph. Three minutes before the shower. Gentle, not aggressive. The lymph responds to invitation, not force.

05 · A book to slow the evening

We are reading Olga Tokarczuk's Flights this month. Quiet, fragmented, deeply attentive. A book for the kind of evening that asks for a candle and an early bedtime.
